The Magical AFC West Rivalries That The Seahawks Had In Days Past posted on 10/06/2008
One of my favorite memories of being a lifelong Seahawks fan are all the great memories from the rivalries with the Denver Broncos, L.A. Raiders, Kansas City Chiefs, and San Diego Chargers.  Those duels that Dave Krieg and Company had against the likes of John Elway, Jim Plunkett, Bill Kenney, and Dan Fouts were some of the creme de la creme TV matchups of that time, especially with NBC.  All those years with those memorable team colors both at home and on the road really made an indelible impression on my mind, and it was hard to lose a lot of that once Seattle got switched to the NFC West.  To me, the NFC West was always about the 49ers, Saints, Rams, and Falcons, and to suddenly take Seattle out of the traditions and rivalries it had established and put them in the NFC We
