The Dallas Cowboys may be the best team for Pacman Jones to join. The Cowboys really have little to lose from attaining Pacman Jones as their image as America's team will never fade. The Cowboys have some how managed to turn Terrell Owens from a loud mouth, team killing monster, into an All-League player an outstanding teammate, so why can't they do it for Pacman
