The Seattle Mariners once again lost on Memorial Day, and have now fallen to a sickly 18 games under .500.  This is not the start that both management and fans thought they would have this year, and many are growing impatient with how the season has gone.  Many rumors have been flying about different trades, one major scenario involving Jarrod Washburn.  Another trade possibility that I would not be surprised to see in the next couple months if the Mariners struggles continue is that of Erik Bedard.  Erik Bedard was supposed to be a major acquisition in the offseason and has yet to fulfill the hype.  Other big names that may be moved are Adrian Beltre, Richie Sexson and Jose Vidro.  Check for more updates as they become available. The Chicago Bulls hired a new head coach today, and its their old one, Doug Collins who got the nod.  Collins has been a solid head coach with a few different teams, but I do not believe he is the right fit for this team.  Collins could not win when he had this guy named Jordan on his team, how is he going to be able to win now.  Collins did come into a decent situation, a mediocre team that is getting the #1 pick in the upcoming draft.  The Bulls should have no problem making the playoffs this upcoming season, but I still don't believe that Collins will be able to push them over the hump and get them past the 2nd round of the playoffs.  I think that Avery Johnson would have been a much better pick for this team, which was in desperate need of a coach who could be
